Experience and interest in the transatlantic market

Mission statement

The Transatlantic Business Forum is a portal that connects professionals and other individuals interested in the transatlantic economy.  It facilitate discussions regarding the transatlantic economy as well as communications regarding opportunities for cross border capital flows between Europe and the Americas, both for Mergers & Acquisition or Trade, and discuss best practices in promoting them.

M&As in Europe and Americas account for 80% of global activity of which at least 10% is cross-border.  At the same time trade between US and the EU accounts for 60% of global trade. This is an enormous activity that often eludes the spotlight of the business community. That's more evident for small & middle size investments which are ignored by large investors while low advisory fees limit the potential to market them at a broader scale. This portal pays special attention to opportunities in this overlooked market segment.

The Transatlantic Business Forum’s Discussion Forum includes more than 500 active business and finance professionals, that include private equity professionals, consultants, CFOs, in Europe and Americas that consistently exchange points of view on economic issues and share information on investment opportunities that creating liquidity in the private investment market.
